Come and find us on Richmond green on Saturday, as the May Fair is back in Richmond – and we’ll be there with a giant tombola amongst all of the charity stalls. We’re stall #128 near where the paths cross at the back of the audience area for the stage. Look our for our North Richmond flags! (and hopefully it’ll be sunny!)
Cubs were busy cooking Korean food tonight: noodles and chocolate dipping sticks; all towards both their cooks badge and the special district Korea challenge badge for activities related to this year’s World Scout Jamboree in Korea
It is with great sadness we learn of the passing of our Patron, HM Queen Elizabeth II. Rest in Peace, your Majesty, from us and Scouts around the world.
We’d like to wish everybody a safe and Merry Christmas, and a very happy new Year.

…all Leaders in Scouting hold a first aid qualification and renew it every three years? (which is what three of our leaders are doing now!) 
The Scouts were camping at Phasels Wood this weekend, which ends our run of five camps in four weekends. Exhausted, but very happy to get everyone in the group outside and camping again this term!
It’s weekend camp for the Cubs this weekend, and we’ve just got really wet and muddy on the assault course… so it doesn’t really matter that it’s (still) raining! 
A fantastic turn-out from parents and members of all sections at the group open evening, AGM and awards night tonight. It was so good to finally see all of the group back together again after so long. Well done to all of the award winners, and everyone who came down to support the group.
Finally, after a 18 months of not being able to go away thanks to Covid, the group is back to taking young people away as Scouting should be, firstly with a Beaver sleepover at Walton Firs, including this campfire. It’s great to be back doing things properly again after so long!
